We welcome you to try our cheeses. You will get the full flavor of the cheese by unwrapping it and allowing it to breathe as well as reach room temperature before serving. This will allow the full aroma of the cheese to develop. To store our cheese, keep it wrapped and refrigerated.

Spring Hill Salad: By Kelly Macdonald, executive chef of the Napa Wine Train. This refreshing recipe is straight from Kelly's kitchen for you to try.

Spring Hill Breeze Bake - A favorite of ours is to unroll a puff pastry such as, Pepperidge Farms and wrap the pastry around the Breeze cheese and cook it in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. You can add any fruit preserve or a pepper jelly to the pastry before you wrap the cheese for added variety.
