Cultured Butter
Spring Hill Butter - 100% pure cream, which has been separated from our Jersey milk. This sweet, unsalted butter adds enhancing flavors to your food especially when used for baking and cooking. This butter does not burn. We add a cheddar culture and let it sit for 3 days. When the PH is correct, we work the butter back and forth by hand to reduce any excess moisture. The butter is so good you can eat it by the teaspoonful!
