Jack Cheese
Our award-winning Jacks are handmade to produce a soft, white, delicate cheese. Its similar to a Monterey Jack, but much creamer since it is made with 100% Jersey milk. This cheese is soft with a creamy texture and a tangy after taste. Use it on salads or cooked in gratins. It is excellent in polenta, or risotto. It makes a great snack with apples or pears. Wines to compliment this cheese are a Sauvignon Blanc, a red dessert wine, or even port. It is always best if the cheese is served at room temperature.
