Unsalted Butter
Butter
This
traditional recipe will remind you of the European butter. We separate the cream,
then let it set in the cooler for 3 days with the culture in it (which will
give the flavor to it)
and then we churn it, just like in the old days. With over 85 % fat content,
this butter will
give you a lot of satisfaction.
It comes in 4 different versions:
Salted:
Very lightly salted, with French "Guerande" sea salt, to bring up
its flavor. This version is the best to eat just like it is. Try it on your
favorite bread or English muffin in the morning.
Jersey/Unsalted:
This sweet butter is the chef's favorites. You can use for all of your cooking
and baking; you will get some amazing results.
Zesty Garlic:
You'd better like garlic, because it's got a lot of it. Made with fresh garlic
and other herbs, that garlic butter will do great on your steaks, but also on
any of your veggies and of course on garlic bread.
Lemon Shallots:
Made with Meyer lemon zest and fresh shallots, this butter is perfect for your
fishes and seafood. You can also use it on green beans or any other veggies.
