This is Cheddar before it’s been pressed and aged. Because it is freshly made, the enzymes in it are still very active and will help your digestive system. This healthy snack tastes amazing! Its “squeaky” texture makes it great to eat as is, and will also go well in salads and melts, similar to Mozzarella. The fresh curds come in 3 flavors: Plain, Garlic, or Mike’s Firehouse.
Jalapenos, red peppers, a little cilantro, and parsley are the spices we use for this Jack. This creamy cheese tasted best melted on anything, and great with crackers or on a sandwich. A classic for pepper lovers everywhere!
