Try it plain or with the distinguished flavor of peppercorn. Pairs well with seedy crackers, apricots, merlots & pinot noir. A natural hard grating cheese made from our unique blend of Jersey cow’s and Goat’s milk, starter cultures, salt and enzymes which is aged for at least 3 years.  It has a piquant and intense flavor, and firm body accented with the robust flavor of cracked black peppercorns throughout. It is pale yellow in color and it has a smooth texture, typical of a Parmesan cheese. Good for grating, shredding, snacking, and in a variety of recipes and applications.
